25% payment is due at time of reservation. Guests who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. No refund will be given after 90 days before check-in. 90 days prior to check-in remaining balance is due. If remaining payment is not received within 7 days of payment due date, the host reserves the right to cancel reservation and no refund will be given.

A rental agreement must be signed within 7 days of booking or it can be canceled.
